Scraps of Life…Meet Stampin’ Up!

Ok, the time has come for me to finally share my exciting news with all of you! It might be pretty obvious what with all of the changes I’ve made to my blog. (Look at the right sidebar if you don’t know what changes I’m talking about.) But let me just get to the point:

I am now an independent Stampin’ Up! demonstrator!!! Yaaayyyyy!!!

Now, I understand that might not mean anything to many of you. So let me explain. I came across Stampin’ Up! sort of by accident. I had seen some of their rubber stamp designs in a couple of different paper crafting magazines, so I did some research on them to figure out where I could buy their stamps. In the end, I learned much more than just where to buy some stamps.

After many hours on the Stampin’ Up! website, I learned that Stampin’ Up! products are sold only through independent sales consultants, called demonstrators, or through the Stampin’ Up! website. At first I thought having to go through a demonstrator to purchase their products was more of a hassle than anything. But the more I read about the company, and about becoming a demonstrator, and the more I looked through their products, the more I became intrigued by it all. I seriously spent days poring through their website learning everything I could. And after everything I discovered about the company, I couldn’t walk away without joining the Stampin’ Up! team.

Now here I am, an independent Stampin’ Up! demonstrator. And I am loving it! Not only do I have an excellent resource for high-quality products for my paper crafts, but I also have a whole new side to my Scraps of Life business, one where I get to share with you all of the creative possibilities Stampin’ Up! can bring to your scrapbooking, card making, and even home decor projects!

I encourage you to look through the changes I’ve made to my blog and learn more about what Stampin’ Up! can do for your creative hobby, or business! And be sure to check back here regularly. I plan to present projects on a regular basis that you can make at home, as well as keep you updated on the latest products and promotions offered by Stampin’ Up! And of course, I will continue to write about the Scraps of Life journey as my business (hopefully) grows!
